“I recently worked with Paul Michaelsen for my mortgage loan for home improvements. He was recommended to me by good friends when he helped them with the purchase of their new home. Right from the first Phone call he has shown exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. He was brilliant at explaining the process along the way and explaining bank terminology in a way that I could understand. Paul also has a great understanding of what different home improvements and appliances cost another helpful attribute. I highly recommend Paul for his great service and making a sometimes painful process painless.”
“We approached Paul to re structure and tidy our accounts. Paul had been our Business Bank Manager while employed by the ANZ Bank and had looked after us very well. We felt confident letting Paul sort our investments, loans, mortgages and day to day banking during the purchase of our business, land purchases as well as home mortgages and sales of properties. Paul is very knowledgeable, thorough and works hard to get the very best for his clients. We continue to use Pauls expertise with any banking queries we have.”

“Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the work you have done to get us the finance we required to get into our new house, which Vanessa and myself both love.
When we first had a referral for your through our Real Estate agent, I did think to myself "ok just another broker" but upon meeting you and working through our finances with you I realised "Man this guy is more than just a broker, really knows his stuff and is a bloody nice guy to boot!"
I know that our circumstances weren't the easiest as we had a house halfway through renovating which we needed to sell in order to buy our dream house at the same time, and required Bridging finance to do so, which we only vaguely understood at the time.
But with your explanation of how it worked and your confidence that we could do it, we were both re-assured and felt confident we could do it.
And with you on our side, not only did we achieve it, But the whole process was seamless! In our opinion, this came down to your professionalism, Knowledge, and experience within your industry.
So Paul thank you again for going far above your obligations and helping us get here. I will be recommending you to all of my friends and family and you are always welcome at our house for a beer or cup of tea.
I look forward to working with you in the future.”
"I would like to express my thanks for the work Paul has done for me and my small business over the past few months.
The professionalism and attention to detail with which you have handled my financial affairs
has set me up for a greater future, and your continual advice on financial planning will save me significant amounts of money.
Paul is always contactable, courteous and helpful and is so easy to recommend to anyone who is looking to move forward."
